The ring-seal joint absorbs thermal movement on tall stacks, and cleaning tees plus non-return valves keep the system serviceable and protected against backflow. DN110–200 TYPE1 pipe with 87° branches and cleaning access tees forms the vertical soil stack; DN50–75 waste branches feed it from basins, sinks and floor drains. The ring-seal joint keeps flow quiet in occupied floors and absorbs expansion, no solvent cement in the drainage joint.
Siphons (110×45°/87°) seal out drain odour, the Kada floor drain collects surface water, and non-return valves (DN110–200) stop sewer backflow entering the building during surcharge. Cleaning tees give rodding access for maintenance without cutting the pipe.
