Piping is concealed work. Once a PPR or PE line is behind a wall, in a floor slab, or underground, a burst joint or an under-spec wall doesn’t just leak, it means breaking open finished work, re-doing the install, and facing claims.

No amount of downstream testing fixes cheap raw material. Bekaatherm builds PPR and PE products from 100% high-standard resin, not regrind or filler, because virgin material is what delivers the real pressure rating, the true service life, and the clean-water safety that WRAS and SKZ demand.

Incoming material is verified before it enters production, so the pipe leaving our lines is made from what the spec sheet says it’s made from. This is the difference between a pipe that meets PN20/PN25 on paper and one that meets it in a wall for 30 years. The same raw-material discipline runs across the full range, plain PPR, aluminium-composite PPR-AL-PPR, fiberglass-composite PPR, HDPE / PP compression and UPVC drainage, so a buyer sourcing a matched system gets one consistent material standard, not a strong pipe paired with a weak fitting.

“It meets PN25” only means something if it’s tested. We treat pressure, temperature and dimensions as specs to be verified, not slogans to be printed. PPR and PE products run through pressure and temperature testing to confirm they hold their rated PN class under hot- and cold-water conditions, and dimensional checks confirm outer diameter and wall thickness across the 20–63 mm range match the target, not a thinner, cheaper version of it.

How do you control color and dimensional consistency between batches?

For the Importer: We run 100% high-standard virgin resin with consistent masterbatch dosing, so green, white and coffee hold color run to run, and 10,000 in-house molds keep fitting geometry repeatable. In-line checks catch any drift before it becomes a full batch, so container two matches container one.

Can I get a pressure test and inspection report for my batch?

For the Contractor: Yes. PPR and PE products undergo pressure, temperature and dimensional testing, and a factory test report is available on request. You can verify the PN rating, wall thickness and dimensions before shipment or hand the report to site inspection for sign-off, so the batch is proven before it’s installed.

What wall thickness and tolerance can I expect, and how is it checked?

For the Project Buyer: Wall thickness is matched to the PN20 / PN25 rating across the 20–63 mm range, for example a 25 mm PPR pipe runs 3.5 mm wall at PN20 and 4.2 mm at PN25, and is checked dimensionally in production against the target, not left to chance or thinned to cut cost. Exact tolerance figures and our AQL sampling level are available on request for your technical file.

How do I know your QC actually runs and isn’t just a claim?

For the OEM Brand: Because a third party audits it. SKZ (Germany), among the strictest in the piping industry, certifies our products and monitors our production process, alongside ISO, CE and WRAS. Certificate numbers are available on request, giving you documented, verifiable proof rather than a marketing promise.

What PN ratings and pressures do your pipes hold?

For the Contractor: Our PPR range covers PN20 (20 bar at 20°C) and PN25 (25 bar at 20°C) in plain, aluminium-composite and fiberglass-composite structures, sized 20–63 mm. HDPE / PP compression fittings are rated PN10 for outdoor water and irrigation. Each class is confirmed by pressure and temperature testing before shipment.

Are pipe and fittings tested and made to the same standard?

For the Distributor: Yes, pipe, fittings and valves are produced in-house from the same 100% high-standard material family, with brass inserts on threaded and valve items. One manufacturer, one QC system and 10,000 molds mean a green fitting seats cleanly on a green pipe and matches its color, container after container, instead of a mismatched patchwork from three suppliers.
