Our extrusion lines run the full Bekaatherm pipe program, PPR PN20 and PN25 in pure resin, PPR-AL-PPR aluminum-composite, and fiberglass-composite (PPR-FG), across the 20–63 mm range, in our green, white and coffee color families. Composite structures are co-extruded in-line so the aluminum or fiberglass middle layer is bonded, not laminated after the fact. Continuous, monitored extrusion is what keeps wall thickness and pressure rating consistent from the first meter to the last container.
All six pipe structures share the same 20–63 mm outer-diameter footprint, so a distributor can carry one connection system across cold water, hot water and heating without switching fitting stocks. PN20 carries a nominal 20 bar working pressure at 20 °C and PN25 a nominal 25 bar; the aluminum layer in PPR-AL-PPR cuts thermal expansion for long hot-water and heating runs, while the fiberglass layer in PPR-FG adds hoop strength at a lighter wall than aluminum. Wall thickness is metered against the outer diameter continuously, that is what turns a data sheet into a container that actually holds spec.

Fittings are where a factory’s real capability shows. Bekaatherm holds 10,000 sets of molds, a tooling library large enough to run our full fittings, valve and manifold catalog with matched resin and color, and to open new tooling for custom or private-label parts without starting from zero. For an OEM brand, that mold depth is the difference between “we can make your standard range now” and “wait months for tooling.” Brass inserts are molded in-house on the same lines, so threaded fittings carry the same consistency as the pipe.
The library spans the whole connection system: plain sockets, tees, elbows and end caps in the 20–63 mm range; brass-insert female and male fittings for the transition to metal valves and taps; unions, manifolds and radiator valves for heating; HDPE / PP compression fittings for outdoor supply; and UPVC drainage from DN50 to DN200. Because every one of those parts is molded from the same high-grade resin as the pipe, a contractor gets one system that welds and seals as a family instead of a bag of mixed-tolerance parts.

Bekaatherm runs on 100% high-standard resin with no filler blending, feeding both extrusion and injection from a controlled material system. Because pipe and fittings come off the same material stream, the green, white and coffee families stay consistent whether you order this month or reorder next year, the reorder confidence importers and project buyers actually need.
Filler blending is how a low price is quietly built, and it is also how a batch fails hydrostatic pressure or shows color you cannot match to last year’s stock. Running pure resin costs more per tonne, but it is the only way a factory can promise a distributor that container number twenty looks and welds like container number one.
