This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It describes what we actually collect, where it goes and how to have it deleted. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
This website, bekatherm.com, is operated under the Bekaatherm brand for the supply of PPR, PE and drainage piping systems. Enquiries are handled by our export sales desk.

The enquiry form on our contact page asks for the following. Only name, company and email are required; everything else is optional and exists so we can quote you accurately.
The notification we receive also records the IP address the enquiry was sent from. This is used only to identify and block automated spam.
Your enquiry is stored in this website’s database so the record survives even if email delivery fails. It is also delivered to our export desk by email. We do not send you an automated acknowledgement — a member of the export team replies to you personally, usually within one working day. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months and are then deleted if no order follows. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time using the contact address below.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these to build a profile of you.
This site does not run advertising, analytics or social-media tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking.
The only cookies in use are technically necessary ones: our page-caching layer may set a cookie so pages load faster, and WordPress sets a session cookie if a site administrator logs in. Neither is used for marketing.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Your enquiry is visible to our export sales team and passes through the following service providers purely as infrastructure: our web host, and the email provider that delivers the message. They process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
International transfer. Our export sales desk operates outside the European Economic Area, so if you write to us from the EEA or the UK your enquiry will be read outside that area. We only transfer what you send us, and only to answer your enquiry.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it takes to answer you and, if we go on to do business, for as long as the commercial relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. If your enquiry does not lead anywhere, the correspondence is deleted once it is clearly no longer needed.
You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time, and we will.
