Every construction project puts the same pressure on its piping supply. The system has to hold the right pressure under real hot-and-cold-water duty; the batches have to match so there is no visible color difference across floors and blocks; the documents have to be complete enough to pass inspection; and every delivery has to land on schedule, or the whole trade sequence slips and the follow-on trades, tiling, plastering, screed, stall behind it.
For a residential and commercial build, those demands multiply. Cold and hot water risers, apartment-level distribution, radiator and underfloor heating loops, outdoor utility runs and building drainage all sit in the same package, and they cannot come from five different suppliers with five different color tones and five different certificate sets. The project team needed a single manufacturer who could carry all of it at volume, keep the color and dimension consistent, and hand over a clean technical file, not just quote the lowest price and disappear.
Bekaatherm met the brief from its own factory floor. With 30 years of PPR/PE manufacturing, a 120,000 m² plant, 1000+ staff and 10,000 molds, the project was supplied the correct PN20/PN25 pipe and matching fittings, valves and manifolds as one coordinated system, so the contractor sourced pipe, fittings and valves from a single supplier instead of chasing several. SKZ, ISO, CE and WRAS certification and pressure-test reports were provided for site approval, and the international export team coordinated documentation and shipping across the four systems below.
