The single most common PPR failure is a threaded fitting whose brass insert pulls out or strips, a slow leak that means a callback and a torn-open wall. We treat the insert as an engineering spec, not an afterthought: the brass insert is molded into the PPR body, so it resists pull-out and thread slip under thermal cycling. Every batch runs on 100% high-grade raw material across our 10,000 molds, under SKZ, ISO TYPE-5, CE and WRAS oversight, certification that covers both the product and the factory’s production, so you get the same leak-proof thread on the first order and the thousandth.
The insert itself is knurled and hexagon-locked into the PPR body during molding, so it resists both axial pull-out (when a fitting is over-tightened onto a threaded valve or fixture) and rotational thread-slip (the failure that lets a joint weep months after installation). Because the PPR is heat-fusion compatible on the plain end and metal-threaded on the transition end, one brass-insert fitting bridges the plastic pipe system to any metal fixture, tap, valve, water heater, radiator manifold, without an adapter chain that adds leak points.

Every valve carries a solid brass core; ball valves use a brass double-union so a line can be serviced or isolated without cutting the pipe. Manifolds come in 2- to 5-way configurations for underfloor and multi-circuit heating, and the range extends to filters, air-valve plugs, caps and shelves, the small parts that otherwise force a second supplier.
