A complete Turkish PP drainage system for building waste water, pipes in two wall classes, 45°/87° elbows and branches, siphons and non-return valves, all sealed with rubber ring joints for quiet, leak-tight stacks. Sizes DN 50–200 mm, manufactured in-house, SKZ / CE / WRAS certified, exported to 118+ countries.
We supply PP drainage systems wholesale to importers, distributors and project contractors, OEM & private label, not single-item retail.
Drainage is where buyers lose the most time sourcing, the pipe from one supplier, the branches from another, the seals from a third, and nothing quite fits. We manufacture the entire PP soil-and-waste system in-house, same material and dimensionally matched, so importers and contractors specify one stack from one factory. Backed by 30 years of piping manufacturing and 10,000 molds, the range spans DN 50–200 mm and covers every angle, branch and transition a building drainage run needs, from the main soil stack down to the last fixture trap.

TYPE1 (s=3–3.9mm) and TYPE2 (s=1.8–3.2mm) wall classes in 100% high-grade polypropylene, DN 160/200 stock lengths.
Two wall classes
45° and 87° elbows (BK-307–318), single & double branches, matched to the pipe for stack and horizontal collection.
DN 50–200
45° / 87° siphon traps (DN 50–110) for the odour seal at each fixture, plus a non-return valve against sewer reflux.
Traps & backflow
Reductions, plugs, adaptor gaskets, clamps and Kada, the seals and support that complete the run.

Every part of the soil-and-waste system, pipe, elbows, branches, siphons, the non-return valve and the ring-seal socket that ties them together, built to EN 1451-1 and dimensionally matched end to end. Below you can see the socket geometry, the seated gasket and the way the components register into one another, along with how the system runs once it is installed. Ask us for the full photo pack and dimensional drawings before you specify.

This is the whole soil-and-waste range at article-code level, the same schedule your importer’s clearance file and your contractor’s BOM are checked against. The system is built to EN 1451-1, the European product standard for PP soil and waste discharge pipework inside buildings at high and low temperature, so dimensions, socket geometry and material class read the same way on our schedule as on a specifier’s. Pipe runs in two wall classes at DN 160/200; elbows, branches, siphons and the non-return valve cover DN 50–200. Article codes (BK-xxx) are shown where fixed; sizes not listed are available on request.

Not every run needs the same wall. We manufacture PP drainage pipe in two wall-thickness classes so you spec by duty. TYPE1 (s=3–3.9mm) carries more mass in the wall, better sound absorption and impact strength for main soil stacks and hot-waste risers. TYPE2 (s=1.8–3.2mm) is the lighter waste-branch class where a thinner wall keeps cost and weight down. Both run 100% high-grade polypropylene from our own resin standard, and both use the same rubber ring-seal socket so components interchange across the system, a TYPE2 branch drops straight onto a TYPE1 stack without adaptors.
| TYPE1 wall thickness (s) | 3 – 3.9 mm |
| TYPE2 wall thickness (s) | 1.8 – 3.2 mm |
| Material | 100% high-grade PP |
| Size range | DN 50 – 200 mm |
| Jointing | Rubber ring-seal socket |
| Interchange | Across both wall classes |
| Product standard | EN 1451-1 (PP soil & waste, in-building) |
| System design | To EN 12056 gravity drainage |
| Wall class | Wall thickness (s) | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| TYPE1 | 3 – 3.9 mm | Main soil stacks, hot-waste risers, noise-sensitive runs |
| TYPE2 | 1.8 – 3.2 mm | Branch & waste lines, lighter-duty collection |
| Material | 100% high-grade PP | Both classes, same resin standard |
| Jointing | Rubber ring-seal socket | Interchangeable across the range |

The complaint that comes back after a building is handed over is noise: you hear every flush travelling down the stack. We treat quiet as an engineering property, not a marketing word. Polypropylene is denser than thin-wall PVC and absorbs flow-impact sound; our TYPE1 wall class adds mass exactly where the stack is loudest. Ring-seal joints stay tight without the hard-welded stress points that transmit vibration, a stack suited to residential towers, hotels and hospitals where occupant comfort is part of the spec. Where a project has to prove that quiet rather than take it on trust, the reference method is EN 14366, the laboratory measurement of noise from waste water installations, and it is the only basis on which a sound figure for any drainage system should be compared.

Exact sound-level figures are not published unless independently tested to EN 14366, we describe the mechanism, not a decibel claim.

The other post-handover failure is a leaking joint that drips into the ceiling below. Our PP drainage system joins by rubber ring-seal push-fit sockets, no heat fusion, no solvent glue, no skilled welder on site. The elastomer gasket compresses into the socket and flexes with the thermal movement of hot waste water instead of cracking under it, staying leak-tight over repeated hot-cold cycles. Because the joint is demountable, a fixture can be serviced without cutting the pipe. Every socket ships with a matched adaptor gasket.
| Joint property | Benefit to the project |
|---|---|
| Rubber ring-seal (push-fit) | Fast install, no fusion machine or welder |
| Accommodates thermal movement | Stays tight through hot-waste cycles |
| Demountable | Service fixtures without cutting pipe |
| Matched adaptor gasket | Shipped with every socket, same system |
| Gasket grade / service life | Available on request |
Ring-seal jointing is why drainage crews move fast. There is no heat-up wait, no welder qualification, no glue cure, cut, chamfer, lubricate, push home. The same four steps repeat from the DN 200 stack down to a DN 50 branch.
Cut the pipe square to the marked length and chamfer the spigot end so it slips past the ring without rolling the seal.
Check the rubber ring-seal is clean and seated square in the socket groove, every socket ships with its matched adaptor gasket.
Apply the approved lubricant to the chamfered spigot so the joint pushes home evenly without pinching the seal.
Push to the insertion depth, then withdraw a few mm to leave an expansion gap, mark it so the joint reads correct on inspection.
The system carries soil and waste water inside the building envelope, from fixture to stack to collection, across cold and hot waste and general liquid conveyance, the same range Bekaatherm supplies into projects across 118+ countries. Stack and branch diameters, gradients and vent arrangements are normally set by the designer under EN 12056, the European standard for gravity drainage systems inside buildings, and our DN 50–200 range is dimensioned to drop straight into a schedule worked out that way. Below are the three settings where the wall class, the ring-seal joint and the quiet flow all earn their keep.

The everyday alternative is uPVC solvent-welded soil pipe. It is cheaper per metre, but on hot waste, high-rise stacks and noise-sensitive builds the total picture favours PP. This is the side-by-side buyers ask us for when they are choosing between the two systems.
| Property | PP drainage (Bekaatherm) | uPVC soil pipe |
|---|---|---|
| Hot-waste temperature | Higher continuous hot-water tolerance | Lower continuous limit |
| Flow noise | Denser wall + TYPE1 mass dampens sound | Thin wall transmits flushing noise |
| Jointing | Rubber ring-seal push-fit, no welder | Solvent-weld, cure time, fumes |
| Demountable | Yes, service without cutting pipe | No, glued joints are permanent |
| Chemical resistance | Wider chemical range | Narrower range |
| Thermal movement | Gasket flexes with hot-cold cycles | Rigid glued joints stress on cycling |

The complete stack can leave the plant carrying your brand instead of ours. Because we manufacture every component in-house, pipe, elbows, branches, siphons, valves and gaskets, the print, colour and packaging are consistent across the whole system, not stitched together from several suppliers. Distributors building a private label get one factory, one quality standard and regional exclusivity on request, so the brand you build isn’t undercut in your own market.

Drainage is light-bulky cargo, if the container isn’t packed right, you pay ocean freight on air. We nest fittings and cut lengths to lift container loadability, palletise for the receiving warehouse, and ship with the SKZ / CE / WRAS documentation that keeps the consignment moving through customs. From a plant exporting to 118+ countries, reorders stay consistent so your shelf doesn’t go empty between shipments.

For the Contractor: Polypropylene is denser than thin-wall PVC and absorbs flow-impact sound, and our TYPE1 wall class (s=3–3.9mm) adds mass where the stack is loudest. Ring-seal joints avoid rigid welded stress points that transmit vibration, quiet enough for residential and hotel stacks.
For the Project Buyer: Joints use rubber ring-seal push-fit sockets, no fusion, no glue. The gasket flexes with hot-waste thermal movement to stay leak-tight through hot-cold cycles, and every socket ships with a matched adaptor gasket. Exact gasket grade and service life are available on request.
For the Distributor: PP handles higher continuous hot-waste temperatures than uPVC, resists more chemicals, and its higher density lowers flow noise. Ring-seal joints install faster than solvent-welded PVC and are demountable for service, the higher-spec choice for hot waste and noise-sensitive high-rise buildings.
For the Contractor: Pipe runs in two wall classes (TYPE1 / TYPE2) with fittings across DN 50–200 mm. Elbows and branches come in 45° and 87° (elbows BK-307–318), single & double branches to 200×200, and siphon traps DN 50–110. The full article-code schedule is on this page and in the catalogue.
For the Importer: Yes, pipes (TYPE1/TYPE2), 45°/87° elbows, single/double branches, siphons, non-return valves, reductions, plugs, adaptor gaskets and clamps, all same-material and matched. One complete stack from one Turkish factory, SKZ/CE/WRAS certified, exported to 118+ countries. OEM and private label supported.
For the Specifier: The products are built to EN 1451-1, the European standard for PP soil and waste discharge pipework inside buildings at high and low temperature. System design, stack and branch sizing and gradients follow EN 12056 for gravity drainage inside buildings. Where acoustic performance has to be demonstrated, the reference test method is EN 14366, the laboratory measurement of noise from waste water installations. Note that ISO 15874 covers our PPR pressure range, not this drainage system.
For the Brand / Distributor: Yes. Because every component is made in-house, we print your brand across the whole matched system and pack shelf-ready cartons. Regional exclusivity is available on request, and we start at low MOQ so you can build the range without over-committing on the first order.
