“PN” is the nominal pressure a PPR pipe safely carries at 20°C, and specifying it wrong is the fastest way to a burst line and a rejected batch. We manufacture both PN20 and PN25 across the full size range, so contractors match the rating to the application instead of over- or under-buying. The two ratings share the same outer diameters and the same sockets; PN25 simply carries a thicker wall for higher-pressure and higher-temperature service.

A PPR joint is not a mechanical seal that can loosen or a glue line that can fail, it is a heat-fusion weld that turns pipe and fitting into a single homogeneous piece of polypropylene. Heat the pipe and socket on a welding machine, push them together, and the two melt into one wall. The result: no gaskets, no adhesives, no leak points buried in the wall, and joints as strong as the pipe itself.
We also supply the tooling: PPR hot-melt welding machines (20–63mm), pipe cutters and PTFE tape, so a distributor can offer the pipe, the fittings and the install kit as one line.
Color is a merchandising and market decision, and cheap suppliers can’t hold it batch to batch.
